Czech competition authority rejects EDF-Westinghouse challenge to South Korea nuclear contract

The Czech Republic's antitrust authorities have ruled that the government and Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP), which operates the nuclear plant, will not accept French and American competitors for the new construction contract at the Dukovany nuclear power plant.
