President Zelensky: ”We are at war” with 50,000 Russian and North Korean troops

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on the 11th (local time) that "Ukrainian forces are engaged in fighting with approximately 50,000 enemy troops in the Russian city of Kursk."
