Singer Kim Ho-Jun, accused of drunk driving hit-and-run, appeals prison sentence → ”Kim Ho-Jun Prevention Law” passed by National Assembly to punish ”drunk driving”

The "Kim Ho-Jun Prevention Act," which makes it unconditionally punishable for the so-called "chasing alcohol" method of drinking additional alcohol after drunk driving to disrupt alcohol intake tests, has passed the plenary session of the National Assembly of Korea.
