South Korea arrests man in his 30s for abusing his 25-month-old premature daughter to death

The father of a couple who abused their 25-month-old daughter to death in Daejeon, South Korea, has been arrested and sent to the prosecution. The Daejeon National Police Agency said, "Under the Special Act on the Punishment of Child Abuse Crimes, the father was arrested and sent to the prosecution.
