Cho Kuk, aka "Onion Man," former South Korean justice minister and former head of the Fatherland Reform Party, who is serving a two-year prison sentence for illegally admitting his daughter and son to high school, has been transferred from Seoul Detention House to Seoul Southern Corrections Center.
