Police officer reaches out to help homeless man who stole bread (South Korea)

Police came to the aid of a homeless man who stole bread because he couldn't stand the hunger. According to the Korean police on the 29th, at around 1:20 pm on the 5th of this month, the police handed over a piece of bread to a homeless man.
