South Korean ruling party lawmaker: ”Far from an imperial president...we need to fix the imperial parliament first”

Na Kyung-won, a member of South Korea's ruling People Power Party, argued on the 4th that "rather than an imperial presidential system, we need to first amend the constitution to correct the imperial parliament and one-party dictatorship."
