”Childcare staff will work four days a week”... Shift system introduced in North Jeonbuk, South Korea

The Special Self-Governing Province of Jeolla, South Korea, will implement a "four-day work week" system from next month in order to overcome the problem of a declining birthrate. The system applies to children under the age of eight or under the second grade of elementary school.
