Samsung subsidiary Harman to buy US company Masimo's audio division - South Korean media

Harman International (hereinafter, Harman), a major auto parts manufacturer and U.S. subsidiary of Samsung Electronics, announced on the 6th (local time) that it will acquire the audio division of U.S. medical equipment manufacturer Masimo for 350 million yen.
