Kim Moon-soo, People's Power presidential candidate: ”I will complete the East-West high-speed railway in 2027... I will become the railway president” = South Korea

On the 31st, Kim Moon-soo, the People Power Party's presidential candidate, announced the construction of the East-West High Speed Railway (Chuncheon-Sokcho and Tongyeong-Tongyeong) which connects to Sokcho City in Gangwon Province.
