20 Koreans arrested in Thailand for ”romance fraud”... 1 person rescued after being held captive

Twenty Koreans suspected of romance fraud have been arrested in Thailand. The Korean National Police Agency said at a regular press conference on the 23rd that "the joint investigation by Korean police cooperation officers dispatched to Thailand and Thai immigration police has been completed."
