US-China ”rare earths explicit” Geneva agreement finalized... Trump ”just signed”

Following two rounds of high-level talks, a final US-China trade agreement has been reached. Attention is turning to whether the US will ease sanctions against China and whether China will comply with its rare earth supply agreements to the US.
