A middle-aged man was arrested by police for attempting to kidnap an 8-year-old girl in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. According to police, on the 24th, Yangcheon Police Station arrested five men on suspicion of kidnapping and attempted kidnapping of a minor the previous day.
