Girl group "TRI.BE" releases various episodes from the reason for their debut to "What if I didn't become an idol?" - Vol.1
The first fan meeting in Japan of the multinational 6-member K-POP girl group “TRI․BE”, which is currently attracting attention, will be held on September 23rd (Saturday/Holiday) at Asakusa Hana.
It was decided that it would be held in a theater. With Japan's first exclusive performance just around the corner, they answered the interview. ――Please tell us about the group name “TRI.BE”.
"TRI․BE" is a combination of "Triangle", which is a symbol of perfection, and "Be", which means existence, and means "TRIBE", "perfect existence". to be perfect
I have a strong aspiration of “TRI.BE” to steadily advance to the future. ――What made you decide to debut?
Sung Sung: Ever since I was little, watching concerts and music programs, I looked really cool when I was on stage. everyone in the audience
I thought it would be meaningful to be able to be of great help to him, so I started dreaming of my debut! Kelly: I danced for the first time in my graduation performance when I was in 6th grade. on stage
Standing up was very interesting, and I had been learning dance for a long time, so I became interested in K⁻POP. HyunBin: I used to watch a lot of music programs when I was little, but when I sing on stage,
Just like me who feels happy when I see artists dancing, I started dreaming of my debut because I wanted to become an artist who could bring happiness to many people through singing and dancing.
Gia: When I was young, after seeing SHINee's seniors on stage, I thought, "That's so cool! I wish I could be the one who shines the most on stage like them!" myself
Just as SHINee's senior members inspire and encourage them, I also wanted to become a person who can give strength to people, so I aimed to become an idol.
So Eun: When I showed off my special skills at school, I really enjoyed interacting with the audience on stage. I'm in the middle
Even without it, I felt like I was the main character in a movie, and from that moment on, I wanted to become an idol. Mirae: I've loved BLACKPINK's seniors since I was in elementary school.
-As I watched the magic videos and stage videos, I gradually realized that I wanted to shine on stage like that, and I started aiming for this dream. And practice through auditions
I came to Korea as a student. --What do you do on your days off? Songsung: Usually, I go to eat at delicious restaurants, take pictures, and go to small shops in the area.
vinegar. Lately, I've been hooked on taking pictures with film cameras, so I've been going to film districts and doing my best to take beautiful pictures. Photos taken with a film camera will someday be TRUE (
I would like to give a present to everyone at True: Fan Club Name)! Kelly: I mainly practice and work on the songs. I also watch movies and TV series when I'm resting at the dormitory.
HyunBin: If I don't get much sleep, I take a rest at home. Or do what you wanted to do or meet your friends and hang out.
Jia: I think I'm the type who mostly goes out with the members and friends to eat, go to cafes to chat, and watch a lot of TV series and movies at home.
Soeun: I sleep and play games. Actually, having a bubble (SNS) with TRUE is one of the healing. The TRUEs who respond to what I say
It's white! I also take a walk for a change of pace. Mille: When the weather is nice, I go for a walk or go shopping, but when the weather is not nice, I stay at home watching TV series, anime, and cooking.
I'm spending my time. ――What is your unique charm point that sets you apart from other members? Sung Sung: As the eldest sister, she has a strong sense of responsibility, and the vocals and dance that come out of her small body.
I think it's attractive. Occasionally, there are some unexpected aspects, but most of the time we talk seriously. Kelly: I'm the tallest member of TRI․BE! And its face and behavior resemble that of a sloth.
I'm here. HyunBin: I'm the only member who doesn't have double eyelids. I think there is a unique atmosphere that only I can bring out.
Gia: I think my charm is the confidence that I can adapt to anything. atmosphere
I can do all parts, vocal parts, high-pitched parts and low-pitched parts, and I have confidence in my facial expressions on stage!
Soeun: I think my strength is that I can produce bass sounds, unlike the other members! And I have a low range and
I think the appeal of each high range band being different is its strength! Mirae: I think it's her plump cheeks and sharp dance moves!
--Do you feel any burden as a girl group idol?
Sung Sung: In this era where there are too many girl groups, I think there is a sense of burden to become a special group. Continuing to have good songs, great performances, and various charms
I would like to show you I would like to send a lot of hope to those who are frustrated or depressed while watching 'TRI․BE' to regain their vitality!
Kelly: Yes. Every time I perform on stage, I have a strong desire to do better. But rather than trying to do my best, I felt like I had to have fun while doing it.
If you perform on stage with the feeling that you can't do it, you'll get better. That's why I think I'm doing the stage while thinking about TRUE.
HyunBin: A girl group's appearance on screen is very important, and dieting is always a burden. How can I be more beautiful?
I think it's a lifelong problem to worry about whether you can shoot beautifully. Jia: I can't say that there is no pressure, and I can't say that there is. Of course, being an idol is reflected in many people.
Hmm, I thought a lot about how I could influence them in a positive way. But it doesn't seem like a burden. That's why I feel like it's not there.
Soeun: I always want to make everyone at TRUE happy, so I feel like it's a burden. I always want to show them developing at each stage, so the burden is heavy.
However, these days I feel happy despite this feeling of burden. Mille: Every time we make a comeback, we have to show that we have grown, and we have to be careful about managing our weight every day.
It's really difficult and a lot of pressure to say that. But it's okay because there are so many fun things to do! --What if you don't become an idol?
Sung Sung: If I hadn't become an idol, I think I would have continued my career in the arts. While studying music in high school, I minored in acting.
We did it together, and I had a lot of fun at that time, and I think that's why I chose a career as a musical actor or performer because there were a lot of things that suited me.
Kelly: If I hadn't become an idol, I probably would have become a fashion designer. It's also my childhood dream job.
If I have a chance later, I would like to do fashion design! HyunBin: I still have the idea that I want to open a cafe, so I'm thinking of either working at a cafe or working toward my dream of becoming a dancer.
I think it keeps going. Jia: I think I will still do a job related to the entertainment industry. If I didn't become an idol, I think I would be an actor or work in music.
So-eun: I think he was a student studying around now. I think I am someone who can study a little. So I had a big dream of becoming a doctor. But student
So I think I'm worried about my career path. Mirae: I think I was aiming to become a nurse like my mother. Also, I loved dancing, so I wanted to become a dancer or choreographer.
I think there was! ――Is there a story that was the most rewarding during your career? Sung Sung: I went on this American tour and felt a lot of things.
. I always wanted to meet my overseas fans who have always supported me from afar and whom I met online, but when I was in front of them, I felt like I was the only celebrity.
It was strange! I was so happy that I remember saying hello in English happily. True people are my driving force! Kelly: "In The Air
(777)” (for the promotion) When I was attending a music program, I performed on stage for the first time, and it was very interesting. The support from the TRUE people is also very good
It sounds like it was the most rewarding activity! HyunBin: I once received a letter from a young fan who is active. But the contents of the letter are very painful for the person himself
When I saw my ticket (a video focused on one person) on YouTube, I was comforted a lot by seeing me smiling brightly in the video, and thanks to the energy I give.
It was the content that the former was able to take care of it. The reason why I started dreaming of becoming an idol is because I wanted to give someone happiness, and after reading this letter, I felt like I was able to make my dream come true.
I was very happy. Jia: I felt the most rewarding when I was working on the 'WAY' album. For the first time since their debut, they were nominated for first place, and they won the Rising Star Award at the awards ceremony.
I won the Blooming Star Award, and each time I thought, "If you really do your best, people will notice you! It's worth the effort." I will continue to work hard to give everyone
I thought I should show you a better side. So Eun: I remember the first stage of "KISS". It was the first time I performed on stage in front of everyone, so I was really excited.
It was so rewarding, and the satisfaction I felt made me realize once again that I wanted to be an idol. Mille: The US tour was the most rewarding. It was a tough schedule, but
We were able to meet many TRUE members while touring 17 cities, and we were able to show them our best performance, so it was very rewarding. The members gave their all until the end.
- were so proud! ――Recently, what is the most interesting thing about TRI.BE? Sung Sung: I’m going to the amusement park! I definitely want to go out with all the members.
Kelly: I've been personally interested in working on songs lately! In order to make better music, I also listen to various genres of music!
HyunBin: I recently became interested in makeup products. each other
I share tints and blushes that look good on me, and I buy a lot of them and do my makeup together. Gia: Traveling and overseas cooking. This year, "TRI․BE" is lucky to have Japan's KCON, America
I have been able to participate in tours, the Brazil Festival, and the upcoming Japanese Fan Meeting and French Festival, but I have learned a lot about this country by traveling abroad a lot.
It seems that the members have become more interested in overseas travel and food, as they have learned how interesting and delicious it is, and whether it has a special culture.
Soeun: It's a personal color. The six of them look alike, but they are subtly different.
It looks swollen. That's why I talk a lot about personal colors. Mille: Sharing information about sweets and drinks from Japan, Taiwan, America, etc. Especially with Ichiran Ramen
