A warrant for arrest was filed against him on charges of violating the Act on Class Control (Kosei), abetting the destruction of evidence, and evading a criminal. An official from the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office said, ``Through the supplementary investigation, Mr. Yoo supported destroying evidence himself.''
"We have additionally uncovered a crime in which a group of people were forced to smoke marijuana in the United States," he said, adding, "The reason for reapplying for the arrest warrant is that we have widely and deeply confirmed that evidence was destroyed."
Previously, in May, prosecutors applied for the first arrest warrant against Yu A In. At that time, the court found it difficult to conclude that Yu A In was at risk of destroying evidence and fleeing.
The petition was dismissed after examining the merits of the warrant. After that, Yu A In was in a state of indictment without detention and was investigated by the prosecution, during which the prosecution revealed that Yu A In instructed an acquaintance to destroy evidence, and that Yu A In told a group of people in the United States.
A suspect was arrested on suspicion of forcing a man to smoke marijuana. In response, prosecutors today (18th) requested a second arrest warrant for Yu A In, four months after the first one.
It is expected that it will be difficult for Yu A In to avoid detention since it was discovered that Yu A In supported the destruction of evidence by an acquaintance.

He is accused of habitually purchasing and administering medical drugs such as propofol. Yu A In is also suspected of having been illegally prescribed approximately 1,000 sleeping pills under someone else's name.
He is also suspected of administering drugs such as cocaine and marijuana in the United States with four other people, including his acquaintance Mr. Choi.
