President Yoon: ``We will expand the playing field where Koreans can be active all over the world'' = World Korean Day

South Korean President Yoon Seo-gyul and his wife attended the ``17th World Korean Day Commemoration Ceremony'' held at the Lotte Hotel in Seoul on the morning of the 5th.
