Father and son die due to electric shock while cleaning a public bathhouse in South Korea

At a public bathhouse in Gumi, North Gyeongsang Province, South Korea, a father and son died after being electrocuted while trying to drain the water from the bathtub for cleaning.
According to the Gyeongsangbuk-do Fire Department and Gumi Police Station on the 15th, a father in his 60s and a son in his 40s were working cleaning a public bathhouse in Gumi City at around 7:10 pm on the 14th of this month.
It was discovered with the power still on, and officials called for rescue. The dispatched emergency services provided first aid to the victims, who were in a state of cardiac arrest, and rushed them to a nearby hospital, but both died.
At the time of the accident, they were reportedly working on draining water using a pump in the men's bath. Police and fire authorities will investigate the exact circumstances of the accident.
