A man in an SUV was arrested in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, China, for intentionally running over a male security guard.

The police received a report saying that he had been hit by a car. Police officers who responded to the scene transported the victim, Mr. Xu (male, 25), to the hospital, and took custody of the suspect, Mr. Gao (male, 32).
