Japan, the United States, and South Korea strongly condemn North Korea's provision of weapons for the Ukraine war to Russia

The foreign ministers of Japan, the United States, and South Korea announced on the 26th, ``We strongly condemn North Korea's provision of military equipment and supplies to the Russian Federation to be used against the government and people of Ukraine.''
South Korean Foreign Minister Park Jin, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and Foreign Minister Yoko Kamikawa issued a joint statement on the same day, saying, ``It is now confirmed that some of the transfers have been completed.''

He added: ``Our three countries are committed to arms trade and related military cooperation between Russia and North Korea, and that such actions violate international security.''
``We share the position of resolute opposition to harmful effects on non-proliferation.'' ``We urge North Korea and Russia to abide by United Nations Security Council resolutions and to immediately stop any acts that violate them.''
