Man in his 40s kills three people with a knife in China's Guangdong province, then commits suicide - Chinese report

On the 2nd, a man in his 40s killed three people with a knife in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China, and then attempted suicide. According to an announcement from the Zhuhai City Public Security Bureau Xiangzhou Branch, 11:50 a.m. on the 2nd.
Around 1:00 a.m. (local time), a man stabbed several people with a knife on the premises of an apartment complex in Koshu Ward. After killing three people, the man attempted suicide on the spot.
Police and emergency services were dispatched after receiving the report. The suspect, a 47-year-old man, and the three victims were confirmed dead at the scene.
Macao Daily News reported on the incident and said that the three people killed were a woman from Macau, Ms. A, her son (9), and Mr. A's boyfriend, Mr. B. A
His son attended school in Macau. According to police investigation, Mr. A, his son, and his girlfriend Mr. B lived in Zhuhai city. The suspect is Mr. A's former partner and went to Mr. A's residence on the 2nd.
It is believed that he visited the city and killed three people with a knife. The police suspect that there was some sort of trouble between Mr. A and the suspect, and they are currently investigating.
