Two boys in Shantou, Guangdong Province, China, have been administratively punished for setting off fireworks onto a sidewalk while riding a motorcycle.
According to local police, at around 8:50 p.m. (local time) on the 2nd, a passerby called ``Huashan in Kinhei Ward''.
A report came in that two men were riding motorcycles on the street and were shooting fireworks into the sidewalk. In the video posted online, two men are seen riding one motorcycle, riding in the back.
In the man's hand is a cylindrical firework. A man shot a firework at another motorcycle that was riding beside him, and the motorcycle that was hit by the sparks suddenly braked and fell over.
The men then continued to drive and continued to shoot fireworks toward the sidewalk. Police received a report and began an investigation. Around 10 p.m. on the same day, the police found two minor suspects.
The person was taken into custody. Police handed down administrative penalties to the two boys. He also ordered all parents to strictly educate their children.
