Kim Jung Hoon was a singer and actor in his 40s who was cited for refusing to take a breathalyzer test by the police after a traffic accident.

On the 7th, Kim Jung-hoon, a singer and actor from the group "UN," was investigated for allegedly refusing to take a breathalyzer test under the Road Traffic Act, according to the Sooso Police Station in Seoul.

According to the police, Kim Jung-hoon was driving a vehicle in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 3:30 a.m. on December 29th, when he changed course and collided with a vehicle ahead of him.

The police were dispatched to the scene and requested Kim Jong-hoon to submit to a sobriety test three times, but he refused all of the requests. The police eventually filed a case against him under the Road Traffic Law, charging him with refusing to take a breathalyzer test. They also voluntarily accompanied him to the police station and sent him home after investigating the matter.

Prior to this, Kim Jong-hoon was also arrested in July on suspicion of drunk driving and had his license revoked, so it is believed that he will not be able to avoid severe criticism. In addition, he was rumored to have had privacy issues with an ex-girlfriend.
