[Official] Press conference for the late Lee Sun Kyun, director Bong Junho was joined by director Jang Han Jun and actor Kim Eui Sung

Film director Jang Han-jun and actor Kim Eui-sung will also lend their support to a press conference to uncover the truth behind the incident involving late actor Lee Sun Kyun.
On January 12th, a large number of cultural and artistic figures held a ceremony at the Korea Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul, to honor the late Lee Sun Kyun.
They will release a statement titled ``Demands of cultural and artistic figures who are confronting the death of an actor.'' The "Cultural and Artistic Solidarity Conference (tentative name)", which was formed mainly by 29 cultural and artistic organizations, held a meeting on December 27th.
As we face the heartbreaking death of the late Lee Sun Kyun, we share the aspiration that something like this should never happen again, and we hope that those involved in the investigative authorities will give thorough truth to the investigation process.
They plan to demand a thorough investigation, make efforts to self-cleanse the press, demand the deletion of articles that do not meet the purpose of reporting, and demand that current laws and regulations be revised to protect the human rights of cultural artists.
The statement released on the same day included director Bong Junho, singer/composer Yoon Jong Shin, actors Choi Duk Moon, and Lee Won.
Director Tae, actor Kim Eui-sung, director Jang Han-joon of the Korean Film Directors Guild, and other heads and members of related organizations will be participating.
