The US once again denounces the Russia-North Korea missile deal...China also bears responsibility.

The U.S. State Department once again denounced arms deals, including ballistic missiles, between North Korea and Russia, and also mentioned China's role.
At a press conference on the 11th (local time), a US State Department spokesperson said, ``Russia, a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council,
This violates multiple Security Council resolutions by attacking a United Nations member state (Ukraine).''This also includes the provision of ballistic missiles from North Korea to Russia.''
The spokesperson said, ``North Korea is violating multiple Security Council resolutions, including the arms embargo,'' and ``all countries must play their part in this regard.''
