Actor Baek YoonSik's former girlfriend A was put on trial for false accusations. According to the legal community on the 23rd, the 3rd Criminal Division of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (chief prosecutor: Cho Seok-kyu) accused Mr. A of lying on the 22nd.
He was detained without indictment on suspicion of false charges. Mr. A is accused of falsely accusing Baek YoonSik of forging an agreement and submitting it as evidence in a civil trial. The prosecutor's office has written about this agreement, including personal life, etc.
They claimed that the agreement was forged and that they would be forced to pay hundreds of millions of won in fines for disseminating their private lives.
I'm watching. Prior to this, Baek YoonSik and Mr. A began a public relationship in 2013 after overcoming their 30-year age difference. However, Baek YoonSik soon became famous as Mr. A made many disclosures.
A lawsuit was filed against Mr. A for damages on suspicion of defamation and dissemination of false information. At that time, the incident was resolved with Mr. A apologizing. However, in 2022, Mr. A has a heated relationship with Baek YoonSik.
He published an autobiography that included stories of love and breakup, and read the discussion. In connection with this, Baek YoonSik stated, ``At that time, on the condition that the lawsuit filed by Baek YoonSik be withdrawn, we will no longer accept any further action.''
I confirmed that I had amicably agreed not to publish the incident with Baek YoonSik and personally signed the agreement,'' and filed a lawsuit against Mr. A for publication ban and a petition for a provisional injunction.
Last May, the court approved Baek YoonSik's opinion in the first instance of the lawsuit on the merits of publication and sales prohibition. The appeal trial is currently underway.
