[Official] TV series “When Life Gives You Tangerines!” starring IU & Park BoGum confirmed to be released worldwide on Netflix

The new drama "When Life Gives You Tangerines!" will be released worldwide on Netflix.

　 The new drama, "When Life Gives You Tangerines!" follows the adventurous lives of Ae-sun, an "extrodinary rebel" born in Jeju, and Gwang-shik, a "stupid cast iron (a metaphor for something sturdy)". The film depicts the adventurous lives of Aesun, a "firm rebel," and Gwang-shik, a "foolish cast iron (a metaphor for something sturdy)."

　 Aesun, who is played by IU, grew up in Jaeju and is a "solid rebel" who faces his destiny. Park Bo-gum plays Gwang-shik, a stubborn man who expresses himself more through his actions than his words. Gwang-shik has been purely and silently in love with Ae-sun since he was a child, using her sincerity as a weapon.

　Moon So-ri and Park Hae-jung play the matured Ae-sun and Gwang-shik, respectively.

　The drama "When Life Gives You Tangerines!" is produced by PD (producer) Kim Won-seok, who drew the sympathy of many people by delicately portraying the situations and emotions of the characters in "Misaeng," "Signal," "My Dear Mr. - My Uncle," "Baekhee is Back," "Sam, My Way - Love Reversed in a Single Shot! 〜and "When the Camellia Blossoms Bloom," writer Im Sang-chun, who has received great love for his unique human-scented stories, has teamed up to give even more credibility to his work.
