Starting December 1 last year, China will test a visa exemption policy for ordinary passport holders in six countries: France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and Malaysia.
After that, they added Ireland, Singapore, and Thailand. China is expected to expand the number of countries covered by its visa exemption policy in the future, including simplifying visa applications for other countries.
