Singer Kim John Hoon was sent to prosecutors today (8th) on charges of rear-ending a car in front of him and refusing to take a breathalyzer test.

I made it clear. According to police, Kim John Hoon changed course at around 3:30 a.m. on December 29 last year on the Nambu Loop Road in Ilwon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
At the time, he caused an accident in which he collided with a car in front of him, and is accused of refusing to take a breathalyzer test when the police arrived at the scene (refusal to take a breathalyzer test under the Road Traffic Act).
The driver of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries in this accident, and was charged with causing bodily injury under the Act on Special Provisions for the Handling of Traffic Accidents.
Meanwhile, Kim John Hoon was charged with drunk driving in July 2011, and his license was revoked.
