Korean musical “Il Tenore” will be extended for extended performances…at “Blue Square” from March to May

It was announced that an extended performance of ``Il Tenore'' will be held at the hall. ``Il Tenore'' is the Italian word for ``tenor,'' and the musical ``Il Tenore'' is a Korean opera.
This is an original musical created by writer Park Chung-hyu and composer Will Aaronson, who were inspired by the life of Lee In-sung, a pioneer of the Korean music.
In the 1930s during Japan's colonial period, he shared an opera performance with Yoon Yi-sung, who dreamed of becoming a tenor in ``Korea's first opera'' in the background of Kyoung Seon.
The film depicts the story of young people running toward their dreams even in tragic and dark times, through three people, Seo Jin Young and Lee Soo Han, who are preparing for independence movements.
The explanation is that the extended performance was successful based on the enthusiastic response to ``Il Tenore.'' O.D.
COMPANY's producer Shin Chun-soo said, ``Il Tenore is OD.

“Il Tenore” will be held at CJ Towol Theater, Seoul Arts Center until the 25th.
