Four people were killed when a building under construction collapsed in Dalian, Liaoning Province, China. According to a report by the Dalian City Safety Production Committee on the 27th, the accident occurred on the 20th.
Around 5:00 p.m. (local time). During demolition work at the Dalian International Convention and Exhibition Center, the building collapsed, killing four people.
