A food delivery worker in Shanghai, China destroys 30 Char bicycles... ``I'm angry because I was fined'' - Chinese report

A food delivery worker has been arrested by police in Shanghai, China, for allegedly damaging dozens of Char bicycles.
According to the Ning Branch of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau, at around 2:00 p.m. (local time) on January 23,
Police received a report that the chains of about 30 Char bicycles parked on the sidewalk had been broken. It was discovered by a worker who was in charge of installing Char's bicycle.
Police looked at security camera footage and saw a man approaching the parking area the night before, bending over and over again and doing something to the bike.
Police identified Huo, who works as a food delivery worker, as the suspect. Huo was taken into custody.
In response to the police investigation, Huo said, ``On that day, I received a notice from the company that I would be fined 50 formers because I exceeded the delivery time.
"I got angry when I thought I was going to be fined, so out of anger I cut the chain of Char's bicycle with a tool," he said, admitting the charge. Currently, Huo is under administrative detention by the police.
