[Full text] Hwang Minhyun will enter the training center on March 21st...Alternative military service

Singer and actor Hwang Min Hyun (NU'EST, 28) will fulfil his military service obligation in March.

　On the 29th, his agency PLEDIS Entertainment posted a statement through the fan platform 'Weverse', saying that 'Hwang Minhyun, his artist, will fulfil his military service obligation from the 21st of next month'.

　The PLEDIS side stated, "There will be no separate official event on the day of his enlistment at the training centre. We ask that you refrain from visiting the training camp and alternative service sites" and "We ask that you convey your feelings to the artist via messages on Weverse".

　Hwang Minhyun debuted as boy group NU'EST in 2012; in 2017, he appeared on Mnet's PRODUCE 101 season 2 as project group Wanna One. He later rejoined his agency and pursued both 'NU'EST' and solo activities in parallel. His acting activities were also notable. Hwang Min-hyun appeared in the dramas 'Returned Soul' and 'Wasteful Lies - Secrets You Can't Tell Anyone -', where he showed impressive acting performances.
