“I will find my lost cell phone in two years”… Daegu Airport kept its promise = South Korea

A heartwarming story was told about how airport staff remembered to find a customer's mobile phone after he dropped it at the airport two years ago.

Customer A, who was returning to Daegu by plane, dropped his cell phone off the railing while using the escalator.

The escalator was presumed to have fallen into the lower part of the escalator, and the escalator's treads and other items were removed and searched. Unfortunately, however, my cell phone was hidden under the steel frame of the escalator, and I had to lift the device to see it.
It was a situation where I couldn't put it on. After determining that it would be impossible to find the cell phone right away, the person in charge told Mr. A, ``We are planning to relocate the escalator in an airport remodeling project in two years.

The escalator relocation work was completed on the 13th of this month, and the mobile phone, which had not been taken out for two years, was returned to its owner.
