The South Korean polling agency Realmeter conducted a survey of people aged 18 and over on the 28th and 29th of last month.
According to a survey of 1,004 voters in the fourth week of March, the main opposition Democratic Party of Korea (DPJ) recorded 43.1% of the vote, while the ruling People Power Party recorded 35.4%.
The Democratic Party's approval rating increased by 0.3 percentage points since the previous survey, while the ruling party's approval rating fell by 1.7 percentage points. This marks the second consecutive week of increases for the Democratic Party and a second consecutive week of declines for the ruling party, widening the gap between the two parties.
The support rates for third parties are: Green Justice 1.4%, New Reform Party 4.5%, New Future 3.6%, New Progressive Alliance 0.4%, Liberal Unity Party 2.7%.
The Progressive Party was ranked 1.6%. In the proportional party approval rating survey, the ruling party's proportional satellite party, the People's Future, was ranked 30.2%, up 0.4% from the previous survey.
The Fatherland Reform Party, led by former Justice Minister Cao Kuo, rose 1.8 percentage points to 29.5 percent, while the Democratic Party's proportional representation satellite party, the Democratic Alliance Together, fell 1.1 percentage points to 19.0 percent.
On the other hand, President Yoon Seo-gyul's approval rating was 36.3%, while the disapproval rating was 60.7%. Support rate is 0 compared to the previous survey
It fell by .2%, while disapproval rose by 0.6%.
