A man has been taken into custody by police after allegedly throwing a rock at a parent and child who were playing in a rubber boat in a river in Xuancheng, Anhui Province, China.
On March 31st, a man posted a video on his SNS complaining, ``While I was riding a rubber boat with my son in Yuoliang Bay in Xuancheng City, someone on the riverbank threw rocks at us.''
In the video released, a man was playing in the water with his two sons in a rubber boat when stones were thrown at him from the riverbank several meters away.
Several people were standing on the riverbank, and one man repeatedly threw rocks at the rubber boat and yelled, "Get off the boat!" The stone that was thrown was placed on the rubber boat.
