Voter turnout rate as of 3 p.m. on the 6th was 26.53% = ”pre-voting” for the South Korean National Assembly general election

South Korea's Central Election Commission announced, "As of 3 p.m. on the 6th, the second day of advance voting for the general election of the National Assembly, the voter turnout was calculated to be 26.53%."
This is a 4.58% increase from the voter turnout rate (21.95%) during the same time period in the advance voting for the last general election (2020).
With advance voting starting at 6 am the previous day, it was calculated that 11,747,305 of the total 44,281,011 eligible voters had cast their ballots.
Advance voting will continue until 6pm on the same day.
