Police spoke to the victim and her guardian and arrested 11 people involved in the assault on the same day.
Currently, the police are detaining three of the eleven main perpetrators in criminal detention and seven in administrative detention. The remaining one is under the age of 14 and cannot be held criminally responsible, so the police have ordered his guardians to provide strict education to him.
