A bus crashed into a sidewalk in Jiangxi Province, China, killing three people. At around 11:40 a.m. on the 8th (local time), the bus was traveling on a road in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province.
A bus suddenly crashed into the sidewalk, hitting pedestrians one after another. Three people were confirmed dead at the scene, and seven were injured and taken to the hospital.
According to police investigations, the bus driver (male, 51) is believed to have lost consciousness after experiencing discomfort in his heart while driving, which led to the accident.
Police have now detained the male driver and are continuing their investigations.
