Kim Jong Un unfurls ”Map of Seoul” on the day of South Korean general election, stressing ”preparation for war”

Kim said this while speaking at a press conference in Seoul on the 11th, according to the Korean Central News Agency. "Now is the time to thoroughly prepare for war more than ever," he said. "It is not a simple war that could happen, but a war that could happen.
"We must prepare more thoroughly and completely for the war that we must win," he said. Kim visited the university's lecture halls, accommodation, dining hall, and warfare research lab.
Meat dishes were served to staff and students. In the space believed to be a military lab, maps of South Korea and a model of the topography of central Seoul were set up, suggesting that it was a place to prepare operations against South Korea.
Kim's visit to Kim Jong Il Military and Political University was accompanied by Pak Jong Chon, vice chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea, Kang Sun Nam, Minister of National Defense, and Ri Yong Gil, head of the People's Army.
Chief of the General Staff, Hwang Byeong-so, general adviser to the Ministry of National Defense, and other senior military officials were mobilized. Hwang, a powerful figure in the military who had previously served as director of the General Political Bureau of the Korean People's Army, was introduced with the title of "general adviser to the Ministry of National Defense."
