The Congress is the largest in the GCC countries, with a total of 10,254 participants, including 753 global speakers from 176 countries, over a four-day period.
AIM is the largest investment forum in the world, surpassing last year's in size. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of Foreign Trade, said:
Over the past decade, Congress has worked to promote global economic cooperation and harness the potential of each nation, and to foster a thriving economy that can adapt and grow in a changing global investment environment.

Many stakeholders from PIF, African and GCC sovereign wealth funds, and UN investment participated and discussed foreign direct investment (FDI), startups, SMEs, and future city planning.
The Korean participants are Seoul Mayor Oh Sehun and Middle East Minister Lee Hsien Loong, who is currently in charge of investment for the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Defense and the UAE Royal Family.
