Lan Xichen was cornered and asked Jin Guangyao why he married his own sister. Jin Guangyao had married Jin Guangshan and Qin Xin.
Lan Xichen also asked about the cause of Jin Zixuan's death. Jin Guangyao said that Jin Zixuan's parents could not betray either of them, and that she had no choice but to marry Qin Shen.
He said that the death was not accidental, and that he had manipulated Wen Ning to kill Jin Zixuan. Jin Guangyao said that Jin Zixuan had everything he didn't have, and that he was recognized by his father.
