Russia: ”North Korea is a promising partner”... ”We hope to develop relations in all possible fields”

On the 8th (local time), Russia said, "We intend to further develop relations with North Korea in all possible areas." A spokesman for the Kremlin (Russian presidential office) said at a press conference on the same day,
"We value our relationship with North Korea and look forward to further developing our ties with them in every possible area," he said.
He went on to say that North Korea has "great and very promising parts to offer."
"Russia has violated UN Security Council resolutions by increasing its oil supplies to North Korea," the spokesman said in response to a question about reports that Russia had increased its oil supplies to North Korea.
