Park Soo Hong, sister-in-law's defamation allegations... trial today (10th)

A trial is being held for the defamation allegations against the sister-in-law of entertainer Park Soo Hong. On the 10th, the Criminal 9 Exclusive at the Seoul Western District Court filed a lawsuit in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
The third hearing will be held for his sister-in-law, Lee, who was indicted on charges of defamation. Park Soo Hong is indicted on charges of defamation against the late YouTuber Kim Da Yea, who spread false information about himself and his wife.
In the process, the deceased named Lee as the person who provided the false information, and Park Soo Hong filed a defamation lawsuit against Lee.
Lawyer Noh Jung-eon of the law firm Park Soo Hong, who is his legal representative, previously spoke in private about the trial scheduled for that day.
At the second hearing held on the 22nd of last month, the prosecution announced that they would request the victim, Park Soo Hong, to appear as a witness in the next hearing and that he would make a victim statement.
In response, Park Soo Hong reportedly expressed his intention to comply with this request.
