Actress Shim Eun Woo sues Mr. A for defamation after revealing ”allegations of school violence”... but the case is resolved with ”no charges”

Mr. A, who exposed the allegations of school violence (bullying) against actress Shim Eun Woo, has been found "not guilty" of defamation.
On the 13th, Seoul Songpa Police Station arrested Shim Eun Woo on charges of defamation.
The case against the accused, Mr. A, was closed with "no suspicions." Shim Eun Woo filed a criminal complaint against Mr. A in July of last year for false defamation, but the police concluded after an investigation that there was insufficient evidence.
The court found no suspicion. Prior to this, allegations of school violence against Shim Eun Woo were made in 2021. During her middle school days, Shim Eun Woo was involved in school violence, including verbal abuse and attempts to provoke quarrels.
Shim Eun Woo responded, "When I was young, I realized that words and actions that I said without thinking could leave a lasting wound on the other person.
I was deeply troubled by the situation. I want to convey my sincere apologies to that friend even now. I will continue to improve myself so that I will not hurt others in the future.
I will listen carefully and try to live as a better person. I am sorry for causing concern to so many people."
