”The Outlaws 4” Kim Moo Yul, ”The First Time in My Life, a Million-Year Movie”
Kim Moo Yul, who played the fourth villain in the movie "The Outlaws 4" and became the first actor to become a millionaire since his debut, expressed his gratitude to the audience.

Kim Moo Yul showed off his powerful action acting in the role of Baek Chang-gi, a former special forces mercenary villain in "The Outlaws 4."

He returns to face off against Baek Chang-gi (played by Kim Moo Yul), a former special forces mercenary who runs an online illegal gambling ring, and Jang Dong-cheol (played by Lee Dong-Hwi), a genius CEO of the IT industry.
The series depicts the crime-fighting operations carried out by Jang Yi-soo (played by Park Ji Hwan) along with the regional investigation team and cyber team.
