"DRIVE", which is scheduled to be released on June 12th, is a popular YouTube drama about a man who is kidnapped by an unknown person and must earn 650 million yen by broadcasting live for an hour in the trunk of a moving car.
The film depicts the tense battle between YouTubers. The main teaser shows popular YouTuber Yuna (played by Park Ju Hyun) looking tired after finishing her schedule and calling for a chauffeur.
It starts with a figure of a girl. Then, Yuna's tense voice asks, "Is there anyone there?" as if she is locked up somewhere. She receives a phone call from an unknown person, saying, "I've been kidnapped."
Yuna learns that she has been kidnapped. The copy reads, "Popular YouTuber Trunks Kidnapped," and demands that Yuna earn 650 million won through live broadcasts within the hour.
As per the kidnapper's request, Yuna begins a live broadcast and fights to persuade viewers who don't believe her and the regional investigation team who tell her to stop staging the crime.
Along with the tagline, "Even if time passes and the amount is not paid, you will die," a car chase unfolds between the people who try their best to save Yuna and the kidnapper who is running for his life.
It gives you a sense of suspense. In particular, at the end of the teaser, Yuna is seen opening the trunk of a moving car while swearing, which makes you wonder how the trunk kidnapping case will end.
The movie "DRIVE", which released a suspenseful and realistic main teaser, will be released in Korean cinemas on June 12th.
