Court rules that HYBE cannot exercise voting rights to dismiss ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin

The court has granted a request for a provisional injunction filed by ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin against HYBE, requesting that she be prevented from exercising voting rights at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
On the 30th, the 50th Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court granted Min Hee-jin's application for a provisional disposition to prohibit her from exercising voting rights.
