ミン・ヒジン「仮処分申請の認容に『NewJeans』メンバーたち大騒ぎ…スケジュールがなかったら会っていた」
Min Hee-jin: ”NewJeans members make a big fuss over the approval of the provisional injunction application...If we didn't have other schedules, we would have met”
After ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin's application for provisional injunction was approved, NewJeans' response was reported. On the afternoon of the 31st, Min Hee-jin held an extraordinary shareholders' meeting at the Korea Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul.
A second emergency press conference was held in relation to the matter, attended by ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin and representatives from law firm Se Jeong, the company's legal representatives.
On the 30th, the application for a provisional disposition to prohibit the exercise of voting rights in the case of the dismissal of Min Hee-jin, CEO and internal director, was approved.
Min Hee-jin was cautious in saying that the New Jeans members were making a big fuss, and said, "If we hadn't had schedules, I think we would have met. I don't think this story is that important."
Min Hee-jin said, "Everyone has been hurt, including New Jeans. A compromise is needed to wash away the wounds," expressing her hope that a happy middle ground can be found.
Meanwhile, at ADOR's extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on the same day, two of ADOR's existing directors were dismissed and a proposal to appoint three new internal directors recommended by HYBE was approved.
Unlike the other existing directors who were dismissed, Heejin was retained in her position.
