Police have applied for an arrest warrant for a man in his 60s who is suspected of murdering a mother and daughter at an officetel in Gangnam, Seoul.

Suspect A is suspected of stabbing and killing Ms. B, a woman in her 60s, and her daughter in her 30s with a deadly weapon at an officetel in Gangnam-gu at around 6:54 pm on the 30th of last month.
Immediately after the crime, suspect A fled using a taxi. Mr. B and his daughter were taken to the hospital in a state of cardiac arrest, but were confirmed dead.
By analyzing the video footage, police tracked down suspect A and made an emergency arrest of him near Namtaeryeong Station at around 7:45 a.m. on the 31st of last month.
