British man famous for ”intermittent fasting” has gone missing... His wife says she wants him found
Michael Mosley, a British medical doctor and broadcaster famous for his "intermittent fasting" technique, has disappeared whilst on holiday on the Greek island of Symi.
According to local media, including the Associated Press, on the 6th (local time), Mr. Mosley was arrested at around 1:30 pm the previous day.
He was last seen walking along St Nicholas Beach on the island and has not been seen since. His wife, Claire Bailey, reported him missing on the morning of the 6th.
Police, firefighters and volunteers are conducting a massive search for Mr Mosley, with police dogs and drones being used to access difficult to reach areas.
Dr Mosley, a medical doctor, has presented on a range of shows including BBC's "Trust Me, I'm a Doctor" and "The One Show", as well as ITV's "This Morning".
He has received various awards, including an Emmy Award for the BBC science documentary "The Human Face."
In 2012, he published a book titled "Intermittent Fasting", which sparked worldwide interest in intermittent fasting.
Intermittent fasting involves eating only at set times, typically between 8 and 12 hours, and remaining hungry the rest of the time.
